The Anangwe Mentorship Program began with a singular idea. Our founder Eugene Anangwe had built a solid career in the media landscape in East Africa and beyond.

It became clear that there were many who wanted to get into media but needed a guiding hand. It was then that The Anangwe Mentorship Program was born. Based in Kigali, we continue to help hundreds of mentees take their first

steps in the media industry. However we also do much more. We offer training services that aim to build competent all-around professionals who would then take up leadership roles in their industries and sectors.

Living as we do in Africa's fastest growing region, we are uniquely placed to train and mentor professionals who would serve East Africa and beyond.
